The Serviceability logic maintained within VISION is superior to the lender’s calculators. Calculation logic per lender is captured on a wide range incomes and expenses that Lenders do not display within their own calculators and will usually review at a credit level, thus giving users a more precise borrowing capacity for their clients upfront before submission.
