The latest component to product suite is no exception to this, incorporating system innovation in conjunction with future industry standards and process for Lenders and Third Party distribution channels.

Whilst initially focusing on the product data capture of Home Loans, the flexibility of VISION enables multiple product data to also be captured on credit card, consumer products and wealth products. This provides Mortgage Brokers and Financial Planners the opportunity to embrace product diversity and maximise client value.

The "VISION"

Solution4 is the first software vendor in Australia to develop a ’Product Hub‘ for real time data transfer via ’XML‘ feeds. This revolutionary new product is based primarily around the LIXI standards, allowing data to be disseminated in a universal and standardised manner.

The solution entitled ’VISION‘ has been developed as an industry-wide solution for all companies to use; this includes aggregators, software vendors, lenders, and consumer facing websites.

Solution4’s own CRM software, SENRO, subscribes to this new VISION data feed. VISION is not just an aggregated data feed, but a rich service offering comprehensive product searches and filtering, product qualification, serviceability analysis and repayment calculations providing illustrated XML or rich PDF documentation outputs as a visual sales tool.

Why has this not been done before?

VISION was born from the LIXI’s concept of system product standards. Currently, no software vendor has created a separate "Product Hub" component that could be distributed to all aggregators and software vendors. Lenders and aggregators recognise the value in having a "search and source" product hub and needed a vendor to come to the market with the solution.

Solution4 have had a close working relationship with Origo, the UK equivalent of Australia’s LIXI.

Solution4 built a home loan comparison site for the SENRO software. To ensure maximum flexibility, this product hub, VISION, was built as a separate component that could benefit the entire industry to evolve and embrace the future of data exchange.
