Technical Support

We have number of Technical advisers to help you through any queries you have. They can remotely access your system if necessary to allow them to see exactly what is displayed on your computer screen. This can reduce the frustration associated with telephone support and speeds up the time required to resolve the query.

Training

New and experienced users also have access to a range of flexible Training Courses offering face–to–face workshops, correspondence study and online e-learning. Our aim is to provide you with the knowledge you need, to fully implement SENRO in your business and help you create a competitive advantage in the market.

Newsletters

We believe that listening to our client’s requests is the key to our success, so we maintain an excellent Wish List management system to help SENRO continually evolve. To keep clients informed, we send regular Newsletters to provide information about the latest upgrades and an updated analysis of our wish list.

Usage Reports

Every quarter we send all our clients a System Usage Report. This provides a detailed analysis of how much functionality is being used. Generally, if clients are using over 50% of SENRO, it is having a positive impact on their business, so our goal is to help everyone achieve this.  Usage report example (405kb)

Executive Overview

SENRO is one of the fastest evolving systems on the market and we understand the importance of keeping clients updated. Every quarter we send all clients a copy of the latest Executive Overview report, which details our development roadmap for the coming months.
