Access to the client bank can be controlled by setting up staff viewing rights. You can use the filters and search tools to retrieve records. Aggregator access and controls are also available.
From a client’s file, you can view all existing arrangements, such as mortgages and risk insurance. A client file also stores all historical communication, diary dates, product comparisons, fact finds and additional information such as employment history, health, credit history and relationships.
A notes page is incorporated into every file, so the information relating to the case details can be stored and retrieved from the relevant file. All notes can be sent by SMS, Email or Internal message ensuring you can keep everyone involved in the sales process updated on the latest information.
The marketing home page provides an overview of recent searches, campaigns and marketing templates used. You can search for qualifying information from your entire client bank and merge it with a personalised communication to create a campaign in letter, SMS or Email format.
You can create up to 8 filters to search and extract a list of clients with qualifying information that can then be merged with a letter template to create a campaign. The results of your search will be saved for future use, or exported into CSV (Microsoft Excel).
You can create templates in single or joint names in letter, SMS or Email format. Using the filters in the template generator, you can pre-populate client data stored in SENRO to create personalised marketing campaigns.
SENRO generates reports on performance and business spread. You can filter the reports by case status, broker, teams, branch, business type, source and between any specified date range.
The Task Manager can be configured to each business and task type, so it provides important and relevant feedback data. You can use it to track tasks such as the status of referrals or updates on administration.
SENRO Automatically tracks all commission payments, including credits and claw-backs in the Staff Fee Account Balance. You can use this page to manage financing terms and potential claw-back values.
All new cases added to SENRO are automatically displayed in the business pipelines. You can filter the pipeline by case status, broker, data range and business type etc.
SENRO has a diary dedicated to pipeline chasing. It displays all relevant contact details, a live update on the number of chases outstanding for the current day with shortcuts to view the last note and direct links into the file, making your pipeline chasing more efficient and effective.
The Outstanding Fees Report tracks all revenues from every type of business. It will automatically track outstanding payments once the case has settled or issued, and then track underpaid, overpaid and commission due to staff and introducers.
The Mortgage Manager keeps track of all mortgage information actively during the sales process. You can create new mortgage fact finds, generate product searches and print key documents; all activity will be tracked and stored in the Mortgage Manager.
The Search Results and Comparison module lists all the home loan products available as a result of the search. From within this module you can select and print product comparisons, generate a ‘Finance Broker Contract’ and submit your application online.
The Repayment Scedule & Borrowing Costs module lists a summary of each loan, including a repayment graph and matrix. Within this module you can produce a ‘Funds to complete’ calculation, create drawdown and overpayment events and generate a ‘Finance Broker Contract’.
